Tai Chi

What is it?
Qi pronounced - chee - is the fluid life giving energy of the universe.
It naturally flows through us and around us, constantly available, giving us
health and vitality. Go to any park in China at dawn and you will see a
host of individuals cultivating Qi energy in the slow hypnotic dances of
Tai Chi.

 

Lydia teaches Tai Chi and Chi Kung moving meditation designed to gently release tension and restore the flow of Qi.
These exercises are simple, gentle yet energizing. You will discover unique ways to access hidden energy reserves,
release tension and move with a more balanced and effortless grace.
